We use information we collect to operate Estatly, match buyers and tenants with properties, display your contact information on listings, send notifications, and process payments.
3. Your Contact Information on Listings
When you list a property or post a need, your email and phone are displayed publicly so interested parties can contact you directly. You may remove your listing at any time to remove your contact information from public display.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard security including SSL/TLS encryption. Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on Estatly servers.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Estatly you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
Estatly is an online marketplace connecting property owners and sellers with buyers, investors, and tenants. Estatly facilitates introductions but is not a party to any real estate transaction.
3. Fees and Payment
During the launch period, listing properties and posting needs on Estatly is free of charge. Once standard pricing takes effect, listing fees will be billed monthly as described on the Pricing page, and users will be notified in advance. Success fees of 1% are due when a transaction closes through Estatly.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard. Your listings stay active until the end of your billing period.
